things can turn out good.
she may not be pregnant, but if she is, you got about 9 months til it comes. germany has good healthcare, so you dont have to worry as much about expenses there (from what i hear).
if she doesnt have a good job, and you get one back home (or somewhere else), then move her ass to where the money is.
advice, use some NT folks to bounce around your folio ideas. there are some smart cats on here and they can give you some damned good advice.

oh, and remember that if you have to get a "regular person job", there is no shame in doing what you have to do for a little while. i worked construction to pay for schooling, then after school, i had to work at the warehouse docks. it sucked, but it gave me time to work on my folio.
