  I like electronic music, but as a analogue musician (things with strings n shit) I sometimes wonder why people who write electronic stuff always seem to be a little bit lazy with creating their sounds. I mean improvise, record it, and loop it. Or am I missing something?

  • well that's a bit of a generalization. when i was more low tech that was my modus operandi, but now i find i can come up with a wider palette in less time thru a combo of sampling and synthesis and focus more on writing rather than tweakingacescence
