ya, I don't think it sucks, it just needs some tightening up. you're already this far - so if she's come up with this and you don't like it - then maybe she wasn't communicated with correctly to begin with.
a lot of these people just throwing out sucks probably like sites that are all flashed out and crazy - this is obviously a corporate site, so it's ok that it's conservative... but it does need some buttoning up. just like some others said - it'd be good if there were some things cleaned up so that it wasn't so busy. the fonts - and the >> on the links can be not linked - stuff like that will help create a cleaner more organized mockup.
