Use greater line-height for the intro text on the frontpage, and maybe reconsider the all caps thingy. It's not very legible. Same goes for the portfolio font, so drop it.
You have some navigation issues...
1) I miss a link back to the frontpage (you could make the logo clickable).
2) I also miss a link from the frontpage to your complete portfolio. It sucks having to click a recent project, in order to click forth to "portfolio 06-08", to see the whole list.
3) It took me a while to find the "Next" button. I would either move it or make it stand out more.Really nice work. Your site should reflect your style more.
