  Turn off mirroring and use it as a secondary monitor. Put windows like iTunes and any instant messenger on that screen to get them off your main monitor. I use an old tin of breath mints to get the back end of the MBP up and off the desk. Just wait until the temp hits 160 and your fan goes into overdrive. 130 is normal.
