Stop posting on internet forums.
It's been proven that living a sociable life, surrounded by people, leads to longer lifespans.
So, if you take the time to ignore us and go back to your otherwise friend-less existence (which it clearly is, otherwise why would you take to smearing your verbal diarrhoea here?) then you could cut at least a few years off.
