what can they actually do with this info? kelpie brought up a point I was thinking how much this data is actually worth to viacom way beyond copyright infringment etc. there is must be some nudge nudge wink wink going on between google and viacom over this entire court battle. copyright is besides the point I'm sure...like any large media company could sue google or anyone to get all their data and exploit it
