no what's much, much better is post-product placement. they had tossed around the idea of digitally adding cans of Coca-Cola into reruns of syndicated Friends episodes.
Could that BE any more blatant?
But as far a Josie & the Pussycats - that was the joke! It was supposed to be funny. Esp when that one (the blonde) was washing herself in the shower with a McDonald's FryGuy.
And in Minority report, it was almost plot-based placement. Same with those paper "cans" of beer. Whatever happened to those?
