it has some good points to it...and i can tell she did a lot of work..
but unfortunately its gone in the wrong direction..
the layout is a bit of a mess, it's lost its form and appears kind of scattered..
take a few of the better ellements that you like, and start over..and pay more attention to the over all layout..and dont' get hung up on photoshopy background coloured squares...they're pretty and all..but serve no purpose...
also, the type on that black nav bar looks a bit clunky...not sure if its the font or the size..but its clunky...
rework it..
like it said..there are good things in there..but it needs an overhaul...
