    Israel is the only country that the US has that will fight against the Arab countries. If the Arab countries control the entire middle east, then the US has no control over there and the oil prices will skyrocket. Then the us will fall. Therefore the US must support Israel. This is my own humble guess as to why the US is giving Israel a blank check to attack Iran.

    Is this true or false?

    • false: since the Iraq Liberation, the US no longer needs Israel to have a presence in the oil filled region. so they are on their own basically.robotron3k
