    its a myth that you need 8 hours of sleep every night. typically if you get anywhere between 6-8, you should be fine most days. obviously, schedules change and your body responds differently. sometimes i get 8 hours of sleep and i am tired all day, other times i get 5 hours of sleep and i have sustained energy. the fact is, there is a lot that we don't know about sleep. just find what you are comfortable with.

    • I think that is the crunch right there. Been feeling a bit down recently so my 6hrs seems like not a lot. If Scarlett Jo was coming round in the morning, somehow i think sleep would not be an issue!Haydesign
