Im sorry but i find it hard to rate illustrators who do kids style or simplified stuff like this.
The stuff that Spookytim knocks out is great stuff - to me, THATS a PROPER illustrator - someone who has skills.
In my opinion, anyone with the most minimal of art skills and a copy of illustratorCS can do the simplified kiddy stuff.
