I've been known to watch some episodes of The Office on http://www.hulu.com while at work. They do have short ads but I'm not that bothered by them honestly. I think the ads are maybe 15 sec. And for the record, the only time I watch TV on the web is if I'm slow at work, it's not my preferred viewing method.
