go out to as many parties as you can find, if friends of friends are having birthdays and shit go and have fun. your long lost friend is found? go have a drink at a local bar. be out there and you will find the shit. i do the above looking for girls and it works quite often (well, that plus the fact that i work in a field where there is a high turn around of girls...).
