here's a thought on baselinesoftware.com
They've been in business quite a while. Their site has been up for months, probably a year at least. If they were an illegal reseller their domain, site, etc. would have changed countless times like all the other illegal sites out there - you know, the ones you get spam about.
I had absolutely no worries about buying from them. The software fully activated with Adobe, I got a free gift, I get software updates whenever they come out, and there is nothing wrong or missing with the software.
