  I guess that if you don't have any AS skills it might take you up to 2 months... the biggest issue would be the database.
  How are you thinking of storing all the data? XML? SQL Database?

  Moving stuff around wouldn't take you long to learn, just get a copy of tweener lite and you'll be fine.
