Well were is work many are PC and MAC. All the macs run OSX. At first I really did not think it was a big deal, but it was.
OSX is better! Hands down. It will take you a week to get use to it, but is is better. OS9 will then feel like a dinosour.
OSX connects better and faster to Windows networks.
But if you are going to move over you MUST :
#1 Use SuitCase for your fonts (which is very nice and even takes lots of PC fonts)
#2 Use native OSX apps. Do not use classic apps. You will be sorry.
#3 Get a newer G4 or G5 to run it. The apps are more demanding and you will need the horsepower to run it.
#4 Have it so it is dual boot (OS9 and OSX). Even if you switch over you will once in a while have to do somthing on OS9 for some reason (at least for the first 6 months from when you switch over to OSX).
#5 Make sure your other equipment has compatable drivers. Expecally printers.
