Almost all my work is Flash dev these days. Soon as I client figures out I can do this stuff reliably that's all they want. Not many requests for sites done in entirely in Flash though, mostly just elements within a site. This is a good thing though.
As for AS3, it was weird at first, but I now feel it is worth the effort. Actionscript used to feel a bit like trial and error to me. Now I feel like I really understand what is going on in my code. I'm even getting the hang of OOP and writing a lot more reusable code, which is proving to be a wonderful thing. It feels good to see my own class library building up.
Next step for me is to get into AIR apps. Anyone doing much in that area yet? Anyone have some good examples of great AIR apps?
