    no run for me today. i need to strap this mutha to my bike or the eliptical machine! :)

    i hope to run tomorrow. my fucking heel is killing me (and has been for a few months). not making excuses though! it's on.

    jevad, where you at again? hk? curious because i just got the new dwell magazine and they had a 5 page spread on the layout of hong kong. kind of interesting...
