Cells are fine. My previous cards just had my phone number on the card, email, and website. That's enough. People don't care, and I can't imagine it would influence any decisions. I currently use my cell for business now because I can take it on trips. No, including my clients, needs to know where I am. I have an LA and a CT number, and it's no problem. If it looks like it is, I explain where I am, but it hasn't so far and I intend on keeping it that way.
If you have a studio, or a 'real' permanent address, like a home, then you probably wouldn't be asking this question.
Cells are fine, if anything, better because a client will know that they can get in touch with you anytime, anywhere.
The PO Box is a good idea, although, if anything, I'd think that would look strange.
