im in the process of getting one for that price. Its a snake wrapped around a golden staff with wings. its lookin very mean and surrounded by water to tie in what i have previously. He is doing my whole forearm and filling in any space around it so it'll be my bottom half sleeve. For 900 you should be able to get near a half a sleeve, depending on detail and color ofcourse.
Cheap tattoos aren't good and Good tattoos aren't cheap.
