This may sound cheesy, but the tour buses round the city are useful...you can jump on and off all day.
Off the bottom of Las Ramblas there's a bar called El Bosc de les Fades (Forest of the Fairies) which is full of fake trees and a waterfall and laterns.
See La Sagrada Familia and go up inside the towers...man, there's so much to see!
