    I bought a 50" LG Plasma.

    Very happy.

    Apparently LCDs have some sort of blur problem with fast motion on screen.

    The guy in the store I spoke to said LCD for average TV watcher and Plasma for sports, movies and gaming.

    The only thing about mine is that it makes an intermediate humming noise. You can only hear it when the volume is really low though.
    It's becaue it is so huge it has a bigger inbuilt fan that cools it every now and again. Not a big problem.

    Just be sure it is Full HD.
