    I think about the Chicago suburbs about as much as I think about gymnastics, so, never, but I do think about steak quite a bit and will gladly suggest David Burke Prime as a top destination. Went there for V-Day - they have up to 80 day dry-aged steaks. Dry aging is not a Chicago thing, but the steaks are unreal.

    The Capital Grill is also very good - they also do dry-aged meat and the decor inside is really great: huge oil paintings of hunting dogs and related critters. Very nice place.
