    For me, I found that the real estate companies here could give a rats ass about strategy or anything remotely close to well thought design, or even just something that looks good for the most part. Most the design companies just bend over for the developers because they know there are 5 more design companies who want the work.

    It's all about money, has nothing to do with the creative. I was told many times by my "CD" to stop thinking about and just make something that looks decent.

    I still remember the day I got a "brief" which was from the client of all people and it literally said "use a sans serif font, 30 or more pages". Uhm yeah, no thanks.

    • But with that said, so many good ides killed because of budget. I also find a lot around here look the same.2cents
