    Yes, if premiere is what you have, then export with that. The footage should be exported using the native DV drivers it was captured with for best results. Yes realtime is what you're looking for, this usually requires 512mb of ram and a 7200 rpm udma66 drive (minimum) dedicated for video content. This is not to say that it will not work otherwise, but that in order for it to work flawlessly it is recommended. For best quality, it's best to not modify the original footage unless you desperately need to otherwise you're at the mercy of your DV codec to render, also graphics should be exported seperately directly to the digibeta/betacam system once they're done editing.
