Bring advertising into hospitals.
Think of all the real estate on a doctor's/nurse's uniform. Granted they're look like race car drivers with all those logos but think of the revenue! Obviously it's a unique market, only pharm. co's apply.
You could also install tv's into operating theatres...just as patient goes under the knife, stick 'em in front of a tv with continous ad's...they'll be drousy anyway and it'll work on a subliminal tip.
Last but not least, over charge plastic surgery and use the money (a percentage) to pay for operations that really matter.
