    One note:
    If you ever compress a video to FLV and you get the tran-lines going on (horizontal lines). Especially during fast paced transitions. This is caused from the source video being interlaced. A lot of times if you export from Final cut (or others) to quicktime this option is skipped. You can take your source QT file and open it in QT Pro... in the settings there is a de-interlace video. Select it and re-export then convert to flv. Instead of lines you will subtle blurs which looks mucho better.

    Took me a while to figure that one out... Thought I would share.
