well my ? was more rhetorical than anything I think anyway, so no wrong answers.
Basically, the agency is happy having tobacco as a client cause they're like a giant ATM machine, problem is getting people to work on that account. We have many accounts here, but if people get put on tobacco, they tend to quit right away. Even knowing during the interview phase that there is potential for having to work for such clients.
