Then just set up another normal bank account in your name? If you're starting off, you don't really need business services (which in my experience is little worth the effort anyway). Talk to your existing bank an see what they say - then do a comparison with other banks that have branches locally.
I don't know why you're considering a Post Office savings account.. that's a bit odd in this context.
