oh man, i have a good one for ya...
I shipped my computer UPS last fall when I moved to LA. Not only did they wrestle my Power G5 like an alligator, drop it out of a truck, and attempt to repackage it as if nothing happened, it took me 2 1/2 months to sort the whole thing out.
