eeeexcellent observation about 'he's that guy at school that played a classical instrument - I know exactly who he was at my school...He was actually a nice guy, who just couldn't or wouldn't communicate at a gutteral level with us kids off the estate that had somehow risen above and managed to get into our posh school.
I actually met another one of 'them' several years later...and....oh crap, I've just realised they're all called James...seriously..

James Downey from my class - lived in a house worth 20x what my parents was, extremely talented at the piano, and accordian, each to grade 7/8...went to Oxford I believe, and...
James Sanger - a musical producer who has explored microtonal and non-western scales with a guitar he built himself, now living in country style in france.
All have exceptionally well-polished English accents, which no doubt opens a serious amount of doors in the right places, and all really rather decent chaps that you wouldn't mind your sister marrying.JB isn't really that much of a cunt, is he? Christ, if you think he is then you haven't been out much lately, or ever been anywhere near the music biz.
