@2pence - I actually like the guy. The problem is that all of the people in the office told the boss that he could not be made redundant. Then have made up work for him to do so the boss doesn't make him redundant. Now it is paid back to us all by him doing work for other clients while we are so busy we are doing lots of unpaid overtime. Nobody can get anymore money because we are carrying this guy's salary. It feels like he is pissing on our shoes.
