    basically we have a 30 odd forms/letters/pres templates scribbled on paper

    so we need to

    design them properly into PPoint, Excel, Word templates

    and we need to standardise them - (ie making sure the logo is used the same way, typefaces/sizes/colours are he same)

    anything extra (ie making a 'wizard'-like step by step fill in, or using macros to aggregate data etc is extra (if someone can do it good! if not .. we'll settle for being able to arse around with MsOffice as their maing strength.)

    so

    Design Business Doc Templates from scratch for us ... (thats it)
