did you pay the computer with your credit card? if so, tell them you want to dispute the charge. as you ask apple to replace the IMAC as its defect and they said no.

- you can also tell apple that you talk to your creadit card and if apple wont help you. they will go on your side and take off the charge completely.akrokdesign
