I agree with monkeyshine.
The point isn't to put money into the RIAA's hands. The point is to be able to purchase good music online without having to worry about much.
iTUNES is great. Now that apple has purchased one of the biggest players in the music industry, it only makes sense.
And it is even easier then monkeyshine has put it. When you hit purchase, it starts to download to your "purchased music" playlist. Already on your computer. Just click burn and off you go.
I have purchased lots of music from the itunes store. The first album I purchased was from ugly duckling who is on emperor norton records now. iTunes has a great indie hookup.
Don't hate on apple. They did this with no warning or crying about the music industry. They just came out one day with this ill ass app. Now millions of heads are using it.
I would recommend it. Word is that apple is to release itunes for the pc in the fall.
For you pc users, you should get it as soon as it is available.
