tend to agree with slappy. you need to out pressure on them. If you're doing other work and you're being paid for that though, can you afford to not do any more work for them? If not you may need to just ride this out while you have a "relationship" with them.
They don't sound very honerable though - so may well be time to look for a new source of work.
Bottom line is if you don't get paid for doing what you do you are either doing it as a hobby or not likely to stay in business for very long.
You need to weigh up everything - including the on-going work.
