DO NOT take aspirin, tylenol, flu medication that lowers your fever, fever is your bodies way of slowing down the flu virus, and while it will temporarily make you feel better it will prolong your flu. I usually put on 20 layers of clothes and get under the down comforter and drink gallons of water. Of course you should monitor your temp, as if it gets TOO high, your brain will melt.
