  i didn't really read any of this thread other than the last few posts...
  but nice work wendog. i love to cook. and i really love to cook for my girl (ahem, wife...sorry so new :)

  not sure about anyone else, but cooking for someone else just really makes it that much better of an experience. i mean, you can test cook things all day, but to see someone else try your spur-of-the-moment concoction recipe is great. obviously, you always have to continue to taste the food as you work through the recipe, but to see what someone else thinks of it at the end is great.
  although, i have had to just straight up throw shit away because i went off on some stupid tangent haha!
