Ok, firstly I'd back up all your stuff to an external drive. Then I'd use DiskWarrior http://www.alsoft.com/DiskWarrio… to try and repair the drive. If you can't get a copy of that, or it doesn't work I would then completely erase the volume, writing zeros across the disk and reinstall. This can be done using the Disk Utility app on the OS X install DVD.
