looks like a rushed job.
Why kind of crit are you looking for, given the "keep in mind, the client, the subject and the lack of assets..." bit? It sounds like you already know it's not particularly strong.
That said it's clean and professional, no real mistakes. I think some further development of the graphic elements, and some general polish is needed before it's anything more than par for the course.
