They're all moving. The first ones to go are the technical ones that no one can see.
Programming is a big one. They're no less intelligent elsewhere, and with plenty of pirated software, they can do anything (without legal concerns).

I just bought a CD of 1000 (yup, 1000) models for $100 from Russia. Excellent models, here they'd go from anywhere from $50 to $500 EACH!

I'll be outsource the technical stuff, too, as much as I'd rather not. Even with the US, you can find some teenager to do the technical stuff for next to nothing and they speak English!

I worry about it, I've had one client go to Mexican sources for cheap renderings. Not much you can do about it. The quality is there (it's no longer 'get what you pay for', and they are getting more and more experience elsewhere).

I interviewed at a web place in Santa Monica about 2 years ago for freelance stuff. They had a whole team set up in China to do the backend and actionscripting. Crazy, but it looks to be one of the only ways to stay competitive (if you have a company).
