Criteria for the faces was that they needed to be released within the 2007 calendar year - right up to and including Dec. 31, 2007. Then it takes time to contact the community, get the reviews and do all of the coordination - which takes a lot of time - and Stephen does it in what I imagine is his out-of-work hours. You would also notice the TDC releasing their awards for last year around this time as well, given similar constraints.
