I guess it depends also on what we define IT as-the article may be a bit broad.
The article seemed kind of vague to me. What IT jobs does it propose to be moving overseas potentially?
Web sites, networks, databases, etc. are managed by IT professionals, I can't see these jobs going away, as long as a company has an office and does business transactions, or runs a web site, or whatever, they're going to need these people there on site.
So, I'm wondering what jobs they're saying would go overseas.
