An Open Letter to Certain People I Knew Back in the 1990's:
OK, I finally get it. Keep in mind I still despise Newt Gingrich and all the Republicans and will probably never, ever in my life vote Republican. That said, I finally get it.
The Clintons indeed ARE superficial, triangulating, two-faced, scorched earth, meglomaniacal assholes. I defended them I defended Hillary back then.
I was wrong. You were rirght.
I finally see the light. Still think the whole blowjob impeachment thing was a systemic abuse of our system, and the Whitewater investigation a wirch hunt, but I finally get it.
They suck. They fucked this country and paved the way for even more fucking by Bush Cheney. There's not much difference between their approach to governing.
Hillary sucks. The way she threw Obama under rthe wheels of the McCain straight talk bus or whatever it is just reeked. There is no no no no way I'd vote for her if her little scorched earth policy against Obama works. I want Bush out because I hate the way he has trashed the goverment, and trashed the Constiution. I have an expectation that Obama would try to right that ship. I KNOW you will use all the extra-constitutional crap that Bush created and use them for your own administration. I also know Hillary, yo bring huge amounts of baggage with you that will insure that all your so called progressive goals will, will, will NOT happen. You bring a readymade and acidic opposition with you before you do anything on that mythical first day when you're ready.
Hillary you suck.
