i could have told you that.
right now i'm dealing with a freelance gig where i have been the frontend designer. for the backend development it is some gentleman in india.
total lack of communication, information is constantly being missinterperated, and when he's done with his "coding" the front end is all fucked so i have to go back and fix it.
no biggie really. i actually end up double billing the client for doing the same work twice, but hey... i guess knowone else will do development for nine dollars an hour.
you get what you pay for.
