It depends on what you're after, are you giving them away as printed pieces or are you planning on actually stencilling with them yourself?
If its one off pieces you're after try some digital printers, I got some done by a digi printer in dublin, easier that hand cutting and I was just using them to spray paint personalised folders and boxes, so they didn't have to be high quality. They could do it up to 300gsm.
