the newbie thing was meant to be sarcastic... saying that every designer now a days forgets that they had to start somewhere to get where they are....I'm sick of desginers thinking their shit dont sink. Everyone rants about how all these young heads are ruining design- I think its the "EGO" that ruins is... we are not brain surgeons people-I'll take working with a naive kid with ambition (not refering to you Kote) over some sobby asswhip who thinks there is nothing left to learn anyday-
