    I wonder how the second one would look if you added some shading to the letters to give it a real 3D look...sort of like this:

    First one I could see working well for a clean, minimal kind of web portfolio.

    3rd one is my least favorite, but it's not horrible.

    • the idea itself (like a ribbon wrapping around like a candy cane). there's lots of lifeless logos that have subtle gradients.a_iver
