first of all don't let anyone call it "driving while intoxicated" as it has totaly different implication that moving the car while boozed. In court words do matter and which words you chose make goor or bad impression.
Second of all explain that you would never drive intoxicated, yet saw no harm in moving the car at 5km/hour looking for a new spot down the block... I know it sounds obvious but it makes a big difference.
